Teaching & Assessing Comprehension Strategies - Grade 4 (WTACS-4)
This program presents the comprehension skills and strategies in the order they are commonly assessed on high stakes tests and provides an abundance of practice for each strategy. Each selection cumulatively reviews all previously taught strategies and introduces additional strategies. Strategies are taught and practiced using short selections and assessed using standardized testing format. Final section includes a comprehensive high stakes-like assessment. Individual and cumulative charts help teachers record strategies students have mastered.
